What do I need to bring

To ensure smooth participation in your tour, please make sure to bring the following:

  • Valid photo ID or passport (mandatory for entry to all sites – copies not accepted)
  • Booking confirmation or voucher (printed or digital)
  • Comfortable walking shoes (tours may involve uneven terrain and steps)
  • Small bag only (large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside the Colosseum and other monuments)
  • Appropriate clothing for religious sites:
    Shoulders and knees must be covered (no sleeveless tops or shorts)
  • Weather-appropriate attire (umbrella, hat, sunscreen, or raincoat depending on the season)
  • Water bottle (recommended, especially in warmer months – glass bottles not allowed in some areas)

Important Information

  • All tickets are dated, timed, personal (name-specific), and non-refundable.
  • A valid photo ID (passport or identity card) is required for entry to all museums and monuments. Entry will be denied without proper identification.
  • Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not allowed inside museums or archeological areas. Only small bags are permitted. There is no cloakroom service.
  • Visitors must pass through security checks with metal detectors. Wait times may be 20–30 minutes.
  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour starts. Late arrivals are considered no-shows and are not entitled to refunds.
  • A modest dress code is required for entry to religious sites and the Vatican Museums: shoulders and knees must be covered. No shorts or sleeveless tops. Failure to comply may result in refused entry.

Accessibility and Restrictions

  • Not wheelchair accessible.
  • Not suitable for strollers or pets.
  • Infants are not allowed to sit on laps. Infant seats are not available.
  • Wheelchair and walker users cannot access the Catacombs, Palatine Hill, or Roman Forum.
  • Selfie sticks are prohibited inside museums or archeological areas

Tickets and Discounts

  • Tickets have fixed entry times and cannot be changed.
  • Children under 18 receive a discount only upon presenting a valid ID (student cards are not accepted).
