• We inform you that the management of the Museums or Archaeological sites, or the Ministry of Cultural Heritage may at any time decide to close some sites totally or partially. No refund will be possible.
• Wheelchair users and walker users cannot have access to the Catacombs and the Palatine Hill
• We kindly inform you that any kind of disability (mobility issues, wheelchair, visual impairment, hearing impairment,... ) or anything that might prevent you to regularly join the tour, MUST BE communicated in advance to our staff. For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented.
• Important: please note that you can not get to the Colosseum with large bags / backpacks / suitcases. You may bring small bags, but there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate large items
• Pets are not allowed
• Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour.
• All visitors MUST have a photo ID for the security check! Security will prevent you from entering the monuments if you fail to provide a valid ID card or Passport.
• You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum (Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or don't match the one on your ID.
• PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: A dress code is required to enter churches and Vatican Museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops are allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You will risk refusing entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements. To enter the Colosseum, you must provide a valid ID card. • Departure Point: If you are staying in a hotel with a lobby, please wait for your personal chauffeur there. If you are staying in an apartment or other accommodation without a lobby, please wait for the driver in the street near your house number. Pick-up only within the city Aurelian walls.
