It is very important to return to the coach on time at itinerary stops. Your guide will display the time that the bus departson a clock that will be visible. Our coach cannot wait for you.

There may be dates when Doune is closed, these will be communicated to passengers prior to the tour departure.

Please be advised that children under 5 years old may not take part in the tour, while anyone under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you need organise to transport from your accommodation to our departure point please book it via the hotel concierge. We have had a lot of feedback from customers saying that Uber taxi’s are not showing up.

Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them to board and disembark.

You may purchase a ticket for Doune Castle at check-in.

There are dates throughout the year Midhope Castle may be closed for filming and estate activity. Alternative stops will be included.

Cancellation of day tours: A full refund will be given if hte cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to he tour departure. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure time will incur a 100% fee.

Update to COVID Government Guidelines in Scotland
As per government guidelines, the use of masks whilst on our tour coaches is no longer compulsory.
Should our staff or passengers wish to keep wearing masks whilst on the coach they can.
We will keep the hand sanitiser and enhanced cleaning procedures in place.
